Kali Higgins is an herbalist and flower essence practitioner, teaching Earth Medicine by engaging in creative and meditative practices and rituals around flower medicine. Kali will teach the basics on Flower Essence Therapy as we make a community Sister Seekers Flower Essence, Kali will also teach how to work with subtle energy medicine. Kali has a passion for creating experiences where people can slow down and connect to their intuition, to the rhythms of the natural world and to community. In these mindful moments, we re-find and remember our sense of purpose and well-being.
Kali is a certified health and wellness coach (CHWC), and she holds a master’s degree in holistic health. She is a registered yoga instructor (RYT), specializing in gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation. A lifelong learner, rooted in community health and community education, her professional background led her to support her clients’ wellness journeys through fun and inspiring classes and programming.
Always a lover of nature, in 2010, Kali began her official study of plants and herbalism in graduate school and later completed, Lise Wolff’s 3 Seasons of Herbal Wisdom certification program in 2014.
Her private practice, Moon River Wellness is located at the Compass Center for Healing. There, her main offerings include: Flower Essence Consults and Whole Health Herbal Consults
Outside of Compass Center, Kali facilitates Mindfulness Training on behalf of Penny George Institute for Health & Healing and teaches Change to Chill, a Mindfulness program for teens, in East Metro School Districts.

Elemental Hooping focuses on the practice of hoop dance, meditation, and breathing using on-body core hooping and blindfolds! This class is perfect for beginners with little to no experience and intermediate hoopers looking for a guided practice. Bring your hoop or use one of mine! Get lost in the joyful movement of hooping!
