Jenn Johnson is a native to Wisconsin and current Madison resident. She/they work as a registered nurse and care team leader in a Neuroscience Intensive Care unit. Jenn has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiovascular Life Support certified. One the greatest aspects of nursing she/they value are the connections made with patients and their support person(s). Jenn believes that by communicating and connecting with patients and support person(s), you naturally develop empathy and can tailor your care, education, and practice for each patient and situation. She/they embodies a nursing practice rooted in the belief that caring for another human being is a great honor. In addition to nursing, Jenn is a self proclaimed amatuer woodworker and artist. She/they predominantly works with wood and metal mediums and prefers recycled and repurposed materials. Each project is unlike the last, and each piece is unlike any other.
Rachel Zacrep is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, nanny, and practitioner of lunar herbology and multi-dimensional Celtic magick. Her passion lies in celebrating the voices of the keiki (children) and the beings in the Otherworld, and walking in reciprocity with the Earth and all of her beings, seen and unseen. She is also very passionate about supporting people with authentic care and teaching yoga or creating herbal creations woven with love, song, and magick so as to support all aspects of health-physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. She can be often found talking to trees and the ‘little people,’ reading and taking copious notes, learning to speak Gaelic and to play the harp, and crafting medicine by the moon. She is of Hawai’ian lineage and she carries the aloha (love), the aloha ‘aina (love of the land), and the belief in lohkahi (harmony), pono (right relationship) with Spirit, and the kuleana (sacred responsibility) of her people and the vast ‘ohana in the depths of her being with reverence and pride.
